When will I get my order?

Our typical order processing time is 1-3 days from when you place your order to when it ships. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $15. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Please note: There is a $15 minimum on each order, excluding shipping.

What size toy should I pick for my bird?

We offer a variety of toys suitable for all-sized parrots. Each toy’s description will suggest the size of bird it’s best suited for, but we recommend experimenting with different sizes to see what your bird enjoys most. Every bird has its own preferences, so feel free to mix it up and see which toys your bird gravitates toward!

What if my bird is afraid of new toys?

It’s common for birds to be cautious or protective of new items in their cage. To ease the transition, we suggest hanging new toys on the outside of the cage first. This allows your bird to explore it without feeling threatened. Starting with smaller toys can also help, as they are less intimidating. With time, your bird will likely become more comfortable with their new toys.

Do you offer wholesale, bulk, or subscription boxes?

At the moment, we do not offer wholesale, bulk, or subscription box options. However, we plan to introduce these options in the future. Be sure to check back regularly or follow us on social media to stay updated on new offerings!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the lower 48 states of the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
